IMPORTANT NOTE: If You would like a squeeze-in Appointment or Same Day, please call the braiding bar at 779-248-2639.

if you have more flexibility in your schedule and do not need a squeeze-in appointment, or If you do not see a desired time slot, please schedule a WAITLIST Appointment.

SCHEDULING A WAITLIST APPOINTMENT IS FREE AND IS THE FASTEST/EASIEST WAY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH US VERSUS TEXTING THE PHONE!

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS:

In order to book, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $40 to secure your spot. This fee will be included in your final payment on the day of your appointment.   You must let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you must reschedule. Your deposit will go towards a future appointment 30 days from your initial appointment. Canceling appointments less than 24 hours after your appointment will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

TARDINESS & APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE:

There is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period, you will be required to pay $10 For every 10 minutes You Are Late. After 30 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. Please communicate with us if you are running late. We do well with communicating with clients.

A NO-CALL, NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN a cHARGE (50%) OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT TO THE CARD ON FILE.

If, for any reason, we have to Push your appointment forward or back, we will Update Your Online Booking by 11:30am, and You will receive an Updated Appointment Confirmation via text and email. If, for any reason, we do not communicate with you, We will also accommodate you accordingly.

BRAIDER SELECTION:

Please note that when you book an appointment with a specific braider, your appointment may be rescheduled due to availability or Unforeseen Circumstances. We do our best to pair you with a braider who specializes in your desired hair style. you will always be paired with the best! trust us!

GUEST POLICY:

No extra guests are allowed, including parents. Parents must sit in their car during their Child’s entire service. Parents may check in on their children during their appointment.

PAYMENTS:

cash and card are accepted, however, There is a $5 card fee with EVERY transaction. We DO NOT accept Cashapp or Zelle as a final payment UNDER aNY CIRCUMSTANCE.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! If you do not like something about your hair, please express your concerns to Mimi or a manager BEFORE leaving the salon.

HAIR ETIQUETTE:

Please come detangled, washed, dried, and free of product to ensure a clean finish. We do offer wash service for $30 ($15 For Kids), but you must come detangled. If we have to detangle and wash, you will be required to pay more. To avoid these fees, please come ready to go. *WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REACTIONS YOU HAVE WITH THE PRODUCTS USED. YOU WILL HAVE TO REAQCH OUT TO THE MANUFACTURERS. IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN PLEASE BRING IN YOUR OWN PRODUCTS (JAM, MOUSSE, GEL, SPRAY, BRAIDING HAIR, ETC)*

FINAL NOTE:

Please note that beauty will not be rushed, so please book to accommodate your personal schedule. We do have free Wi-Fi.

Paying your deposit means you agree to and understand the statements above. Failure to Pay your deposit may result in an unofficial appointment.
